MY ORDER STATUS SAYS COMPLETED DOES THIS MEAN MY ORDER IS READY?
After submitting your order, uploading deposit slip and payment acknowledgement the order will be placed in “Completed” status. This does not mean that the items are on hand and are ready for shipping. This only means that the order has been transferred to our main system as is now queued for production. Once the order is ready we will reach out via facebook and advise that the order is ready for shipping.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Clients who prefer to pick up their order can add the pick up placeholder item in their cart along with their items. Orders that do not have this item uder ther order id will be shipped.
